Meet and Greet

Choosing the right therapist is so important. We offer a free 30-minute consultation where we can chat, get to know each other, and see if we might be a good fit to work together.

Individual Psychotherapy - $120

We provide virtual psychotherapy services to individuals either over the phone or online. Sessions typically last between 50-55 minutes.

Coverage

We do not offer direct billing, and our services are not covered by OHIP.  Our receipts can be submitted for insurance reimbursement if your insurance covers Registered Psychotherapy
